The new TDS Nomad packs even more functionality into the most powerful and full-featured handheld computer available. Start with an 806 MHz processor, 512 MB of Flash storage, a long-life battery, and Bluetooth.
The Nomad makes it easy to collect, save and transmit data in the field because it's available with so many built-in capabilities. Compute your location with the integrated GPS receiver for navigation applications. Plus, you can use the Nomad's CompactFlash (CF) and Secure Digital(SDIO) slots to add even more devices.
Like all TDS rugged handhelds, the Nomad meets the rigorous MIL-STD-810F military standard of drops, vibration, humidity, altitude and extreme temperatures. It also comes with an IP67 rating. That means the Nomad is completely sealed against dust and it can survive immersion in up to a meter of water for 30 minutes. |
